App Installation

For Android Devices:

  1. Open the Google Play Store:

    • Locate and tap the Google Play Store icon on your device.

  2. Search for NoraGO:

    • In the search bar at the top, type "NoraGO" and press the search icon.

  3. Select the NoraGO App:

    • From the search results, tap on the NoraGO app.

  4. Install the App:

    • Tap the Install button to download and install the app on your device.

  5. Open the App:

    • Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.

  6. Enter Provider Credentials:

    • Upon opening, you will be prompted to enter your provider code, username, and password. These credentials are provided by Global1TV.

For iOS Devices (iPhone and iPad):

  1. Open the App Store:

    • Tap the App Store icon on your device.

  2. Search for NoraGO:

    • Tap the search tab at the bottom and enter "NoraGO" in the search bar.

  3. Select the NoraGO App:

    • Tap on the NoraGO app from the search results.

  4. Install the App:

    • Tap the Get button, then Install to download and install the app.

  5. Open the App:

    • After installation, tap Open to launch the app.

  6. Enter Provider Credentials:

    • Enter the provider code, username, and password provided by Global1TV when prompted.

For Android TV:

  1. Access the Google Play Store:

    • Navigate to the Google Play Store on your Android TV.

  2. Search for NoraGO:

    • Use the search function to find the NoraGO app.

  3. Install the App:

    • Select the app and click Install.

  4. Open the App:

    • Once installed, open the app from your apps list.

  5. Enter Provider Credentials:

    • Input the provider code, username, and password provided by Global1TV.

For Apple TV:

  1. Open the App Store:

    • On your Apple TV, go to the App Store.

  2. Search for NoraGO:

    • Use the search function to find the NoraGO app.

  3. Install the App:

    • Select the app and click Get to install.

  4. Open the App:

    • After installation, open the app from your home screen.

  5. Enter Provider Credentials:

    • Enter the provider code, username, and password provided by Global1TV.
